Also known as a crick in the neck.  I woke up wrong today and have been plagued by this pain in my neck whenever I turn my head.  I was planning on going to the rock gym today, I guess I will have to pass.  I have always had good results sleeping on a.

So this isn’t what I was thinking for my Satuday night but it is what it is.  My family is into the outdoors.  Big Time.  I climb mountains and my parents hike, my dad is unavailable during hunting season.  By unavailable I mean in the hills. .

My friend Pat has been talking about Crossfit for about a year or so now.  I finally checked it out and WOW.  Ok so I have been in pretty good shape, now a little off track, but still.  for the first workout of the day or WOD as the Crossfitter call..
