Well its been quite some time since my last blog post.   My health issues continue to be a problem for me, I still have the Tinnitus and am slowly coming to the conclusion that I am going to have this the rest of my life.I still refuse to let it...

For the past few months, I have been dealing with sleeping problems, its related to a very painful condition that I live with on a daily basis called “Fibromyelgia”.  I have to be very careful with sleeping aids, because they can cause me be.
