Our Community Day is an unconference, sure we prompt the community ahead of time but it's still first come first serve, user driven content and sessions so mine I decided would be about "Response over Reaction" my little one liner for it...

This is certainly not an area for everyone but those who take the time start to quickly see the value, therefore over the course of the next few weeks I'll be ramping up some new activities...
