When people sign a lease to rent a property of mine, I always remind them to get renter’s insurance.  I explain that my insurance policy covers the building itself, the applicances and liability issues that may arise.  However, my policy does not.

We receive so many inquiries about the quality of our schools here in Brevard County Florida. We have a number of excellent schools to choose from, and often times buyers make their home purchase decision based on which school district they would like to.
