Here in Britain we have to pay tax to have a car.  To prove you’ve paid they give you a disc which you must display in the windscreen.  This year, for the first time, I was able to apply for mine on line (hoorah, no 40 minutes queuing at the post.

The little fellow is gradually dozing off beside me - I hope - he doesn’t always get fully to sleep.  The cat is sitting beside me dozing, too and I am thoroughly tempted to join them… but the house sale is going through, we are moving in...

Muffin’s timing sucks but we still love him.A friend blew in the other day, with immaculate synchronisation, just as I was about to feed him and at the moment I’m not really ready to feed in front of anyone else – if you hadn’t quite mastered.
