Seriously, does anyone think buying real estate - commercial/industrial especially in the Puget Sound area is a bad idea?  Please me know why.  I just don’t see it.  We are expected to welcome an additional 1.7 million people to this area in the.

Anyone that was in business in the 80’s through to 1995 remembers the Savings and Loan meltdown.  FSIC?  Remember when you THOUGHT that meant you were insured in your savings up to $100,000? only to find out you were insured UNTIL the FSIC ran...
