For the last day of this month, I thought we would take a look at our neighbors at Placer county and see how real estate sales there are faring. It’s much the same story as Sacramento from what I can tell. Foreclosure inventory seems to be drying...

Nothing much has changed in terms of inventory or prices in the real estate market in North Highlands and yet it seems like someone put the brakes on the sales. This might be a result of more short sales entering the market as compared with foreclosures..
