Ages ago I reported on Stumpy the four legged duck . Stumpy is still alive but he is now a two-legged duck, he lost one of his extra legs in 2007 when he caught it on a fence and the drake became a regular two-legged duck when his third leg also fell off.

The RSPB are saying that more must be done to protect birds of prey (raptors) . According to the RSPB there were over 1000 crimes against birds such as Buzzards and Peregrines and they want such crimes to be included in national crime statistics....

The weather forecast didn't sound good. I headed to Castell Coch. The architect was William Burges of Cardiff Castle fame, its a fantasy Victorian Castle. Its wonderful but totally bonkers! Luckily I could take photos inside. Onto Caerphilly Castle...
